Per their application, "We started our computer suite because the schools shut down at 3:30pm and the kids and teenagers have no time to learn I.T. skills.  Also, most families within or estate are on benefits and can't afford council rates in community centres.  We are requesting funding to upgrade our education equipment for our computers.  We have supplied the cheapest quote from the local retailer with the borough."
